Railhop for Business
Railhop for Business is for companies whose staff travel by train. Upload a booking report and Railhop checks every journey against how the trains ran, shows the compensation each delayed journey is eligible for, and prepares the claim for each train company's form. Railhop never submits claims: your admin does, or the passenger where the train company requires it.
- All 30 train companies with a Delay Repay scheme
- No stored logins
- A person always submits
How it works
Railhop does the checking and prepares each claim. A person submits it.
Upload a booking report
A CSV or Excel export. Railhop works out the columns, and you check them once.
Every journey checked
Against how each train ran. Eligible compensation by passenger and train company, with deadlines.
Claims prepared
Each train company's form filled in by the Railhop browser extension. Your admin checks and submits.
Or the passenger submits
Where the train company requires the passenger to claim, the claim is sent to them filled in.
Honest claims, by design
Every claim is for compensation the passenger is entitled to, in their own name, on the train company's own form.
- Only journeys made. A booking isn't proof of travel, so your admin confirms each batch, and passengers can say "I didn't take this train".
- One ticket, one claim. Each ticket is claimed once, in the passenger's name. Refunded or clashing bookings are held, not claimed.
- No stored logins. Not your booking tool's, and not the train companies'. You download the report yourself.
- No bank details on Railhop's server. Your admin enters the company account on each form.
- A person always submits. Railhop never submits claims.
When the passenger must submit
Some train companies, like Great Northern and Thameslink, require the passenger to submit the claim. Railhop sends it to their phone with the form already filled in. No app? They receive an email with a link instead.

What do we need to provide?
A booking report: a CSV or Excel export from your booking tool, travel agent or expense system. Railhop works out the columns, you check its reading once, and it remembers it next time. You never hand over a login.
Does Railhop submit claims for us?

Why do some claims go to the passenger?

Where is the compensation paid?
To your company's bank account, where the train company's form offers it. A few pay only to the card that paid for the ticket, and Railhop tells you which before you claim.
