Railhop is a free app that finds the Delay Repay UK rail passengers are owed, and fills in the train company's claim form for them.

- What it is: An app that finds the Delay Repay you're owed and fills in the claim form for you, with a website to check journeys and see your claims. The app also gives train times, disruption alerts and a stop alarm.
- Price: Free. No cut of refunds and no adverts. Refunds go from the train company, or TfL, straight to the passenger.
- Where: iPhone (App Store, coming soon), Android (in closed testing) and the web at railhop.app.
- Coverage: Railhop covers the 24 train companies in its Delay Repay guides and fills in each one's own claim form in the app. It also finds forgotten tap-outs on Contactless & Oyster for TfL to refund.
- How claims work: Railhop fills in the train company's own form. The passenger checks it and presses submit. Railhop never submits for them, only offers claims for journeys people actually made, and uses one ticket for one claim.
- Privacy: Ticket photos stay on the passenger's phone, and so do bank details if they choose to save them: Railhop's servers never store either. Railhop never sees the TfL password and never sells personal data.
- Company: Railhop is a trading name of Kyle Rance, UK. Independent: not owned by any train company, National Rail or TfL.
- Data: Live train data powered by National Rail Enquiries, with TfL open data and Network Rail open data.

Delay Repay, the facts:

- From 15 or 30 minutes: 18 of the 24 train companies Railhop covers pay Delay Repay from 15 minutes late, and 6 only from 30. The amount depends on the train company, the ticket and how late you were. (Source: each train company's Delay Repay terms, https://railhop.app/delay-repay#operators)
- 28 days to claim: Claims usually have to reach the train company within 28 days of the journey. (Source: National Rail Conditions of Travel, condition 33, https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/condition-33/)
- Forgot to tap out?: TfL lets you ask online for up to 3 incomplete-journey refunds a month, through your TfL account. (Source: TfL online account terms, sections 3 and 4, https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/terms-and-conditions/online-accounts)
- Money left unclaimed: 55% of passengers with an eligible delay didn't claim for it. For delays of 15 to 29 minutes, only 34% claimed.
